About Megan Massie

Originally from Nevada City Megan moved to Chico to earn her degree from CSU, Chico and fell in love with the area. After graduating she began a career in social work leading programs in Chico, Oroville, and Paradise. Megan's career working for local non-profits and with various service based organizations has provided her with valuable leadership and communication skills and allowed her to develop connections all over Butte and Glenn County.

Megan has been passionate about real estate since a young child when she would visit family who were realtors and realized early on the benefit of being a homeowner/real estate investor. She became licensed in 2019 and that year earned Rookie of the Year for the area's largest brokerage. Megan’s top goal when working with clients is to create an excellent experience for her clients and those involved in the escrow as well as educating her clients on each step of the buying and selling process. She is committed to always doing what is in her clients best interest.

Megan has called Chico home since 2001. When she isn’t working she enjoys traveling with her wife and daughter, taking her dog for long hikes, cycling and enjoying the company of good friends.
