Jennifer began her real estate career in 2003 focusing on Residential and Commercial sales. She attributes her strong work ethic to her constant goal of safeguarding her clients financial interests, personal needs and overall goals. Her focus always being to create an excellent client experience for each one of her clients with each transaction.

Throughout the home ownership or investment purchase process her top priority is to work smoothly through escrow procedures while educating her clients along the way; resulting in the least amount of stress on her clients as possible.

After graduating from Chico State with a degree in Liberal Studies and a Teaching Credential, Jennifer explored a future career in real estate. With a mother who sold real estate during her youth and always having an interest herself, specifically in residential real estate, it was a natural transition for Jennifer.

She is very active in the real estate community and believes the strong relationships she has developed within the real estate community over the years creates smoother transactions for her clients. Real estate is first and foremost always about the customer!
